Chris was great when buying our first home. He helped my parents buy their house as well. He made the whole thing smooth and simple. Explained everything in great detail and eased any concerns we had going in. He made the negotiations easy and made sure we got a good deal and a good home.

From the first phone call to the day we signed closing paperwork. Chris was available to awnser nervous questions about buying a first home, helped navigate financial concerns, chose experience and very detail oriented home inspectors. I would give Chris 20 stars if I could! He handled everything for us here in Idaho while we were in Florida flawlessly! He explained everything and was always easy to get ahold of. He had patience with us and was our cheerleader when we needed a boost! He was great in every way! Thank you, Chris! Chris was a great help when purchasing our property. He took us all around multiple counties and meant with us several times. Chris seemed familiar the rural areas of Idaho. He was able to answer most our questions and was definitely on our side when purchasing.
